We are pleased to inform you that the Committee of Regions (CoR) has just launched a call for the European Entrepreneurial Region (EER) Award 2018!
Regions and cities that are ready to implement a future-oriented entrepreneurial strategy are invited to apply until 7 April 2017.
Please find HERE a leaflet with a general presentation of the EER initiative, and HERE the EER 2018 call for applications, as well as a document with practical information about the application process. Further information is available on the EER website. For a visual impression of what the EER award is about, please see this launch video.
Please also note that the Committee of the Regions is organising an EER 2018 Info Day, in order to give potential candidates the opportunity to learn more about the objectives of the award and the assessment criteria, and to obtain advice from successful EER regions and representatives of the EER jury. Particular emphasis will be put on concrete tips that can help candidates in preparing their applications. This event will take place on Thursday 26 January from 10:15 to 12:00 at the Committee of the Regions in Brussels. For further information and registration, please see the event website.
