The main objective of EMISE+ was to develop a European strategy concerning social economy entrepreneurship among job seekers in retraining, young designers, employees in training.

The project had three main objectives:

• To realize the European Qualifications Framework, around the core competencies of the social economy entrepreneur, through the experimental creation of 4 groups relays of social economy entrepreneurs in Hungary, Italy, Spain and France.
• To improve innovation and creativity, strengthening transnational cooperation within and between the world of education and that of employment.
• To identify and promote different measures of the social impact achieved, mainly based on the social utility and innovation.
